At individual and family healing, we take confidentiality and privacy very seriously. All information shared during counseling sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone without the client's written consent, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to report abuse, neglect, or harm to oneself or others.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at individual and family healing, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
individual and family healing accepts payment by cash, PayPal, or credit card. Additionally, you can pay online with our electronic health record portal.

United Healthcare
(We are in the process of credentialing with other insurance companies, so feel free to contact to inquire about insurances accepted.)
Additionally, I am an out of network provider with several other insurance companies where we can provide a SuperBill for submitting to your insurer for reimbursement. I recommend clients to check with their insurance providers about out-of-network reimbursement before relying on this method.
Clients are responsible for payments and co-pays at time of service.
* Disclaimer*: insurance companies often have a deductible that needs to be met prior to them accepting claims. Please, call your insurance company to find out about your deductible amount as you are responsible for full session amount prior to meeting your deductible.
